The pedagogical project
VTF is an association of Tourism which would like to participate in the development of each child by offering him the ways of discovering a natural environment, an approach to the history of the regions and to practise a new sport. To go away with the class gives the children the opportunity to live and spend good times all together, to leave home for a while, to look after oneself and discover new adventures.
The supervisory staff
The team on the spot will show you over your site and the organisation of the programme that you have chosen. Friendly, always with a smile and competent, our co-ordinators will be present all the time. They are the ones who will help you in your daily activities, that means, when the children wake up and when they go to bed, but also during meal times and evenings. They will not intervene in your pedagogical project at all. Their presence is included in the classes programme rates. The pedagogical co-ordinators will be at your side to see that everything goes well with the programme you have chosen but also with practising a sport, a cultural activity or something other. This service has a supplementary cost of 90 euros per day, by co-ordinator and by class.
The most of VTF
Have you made a choice of one or several destinations and you need more details? It’s easy….the chosen file, sent to you with our offer proposed, contains elements that are important to get a better knowledge of the destination that you have chosen. The location of your stay, the services (the accommodation, meals, entertainment, activities…), ideas of menus suitable for children, and the medical aspect. The region and the never ending list of possibility of activities and the richness of the patrimony, not forgetting the sports activities. The list of the contributors, the pedagogical equipment at use and the sale conditions. We will send you the pedagogical file after you have agreed and signed the convention. It contains: the pedagogical project of VTF and the material you need to make your own pedagogical project, the administrative file with all the notes necessary for the organisation of the class. The reservation is realised after the phase of consultation and the preparation by a convention gathering. They will define the rates and the services underwritten, the number of people expected, the sum of the deposits negotiated, the cancellation fee in case of partial cancellations or full cancellations, the retraction clauses. The balance will be paid with the invoice established at the end of the stay and it will take count of all the eventual aids or subventions payable by other organisms. (Town hall, General Council…)

. delivrance of a file including a n accurate calendar and an accounts method,
. administrative files with the conditions and conventions,
. transport organisation from the towns of your choice,
. an attentive ear to your projects whether you are a teacher, a decision-maker, town hall, association of the children’s parents, high school and middle school.
