Fidél’à, the VTF loyalty program.

With Fidél’à, from your first holiday with VTF you become a member of the VTF association and start benefiting from the loyalty program immediately and free of charge.

Your loyalty is rewarded: points to exchange for discounts on your holidays or free stays.  

Your free holidays
• From 160 points for a weekend and 320 points for a week with full board. The detailed rewards scheme with the points needed to be entitled to a free stay is available on the Internet or at our agencies.

WE LOVE IT!
Except for winter holidays: one week free  with full board, for one person, from 330 points
Easter: one week free with full board, for one person, from 400 points
Spring/Autumn weekends: one weekend free with full board, for one person, from 160 points
Summer: one week free with full board, for one person, from 460 points

* The Fidél’à programme is open to all individual members of VTF who are up-to-date with their contributions. Businesses or social organizations are not entitled to join it.

How does it work ?

For each stay at a VTF holiday village in France or stay abroad, you accumulate loyalty points:
# €15 = 1 point for one stay in France
# €100 = 1 point for stays abroad.
Your points are valid for 5 years to enjoy discounts on midweek or weekend stays.

Where can I find my loyalty points?

Find out your loyalty points by mail during April with your Fidél’à points counter. It will tell you your accumulated points and also promotional offers (2 points = €1 off) to be exchanged for free stays.
You can also see the points you’ve earned in the members area of our Internet site along with the Fidél’à rewards scheme.
