Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble malgré 3 axes à améliorer : 1) La chambre (double) que nous avons eue n’était pas propre (sol douteux, reste dans les poubelles et poussière), le lit fait mais draps comme chiffonés. De plus, dans les salles de bains, aucun endroit pour déposer/ranger ses affaires, aucun reposoir (nous avons dû utiliser le mobilier pour poser nos objets de toilette). Les lits sont juste munis d’un drap housse mais ne sont pas équipés de protège matelas en complément.
2) l’animation adulte : sous prétexte que nous n’étions que 70 vacanciers (dont 30 étrangers), sur toute la semaine, seule l’animation « karaoké » de Mardi soir a eu lieu. En effet, aucune animation n’a été honorée et, pourtant, des personnes étaient bien là dans la salle du bar et attendaient l’animation prévue (blind test, loto et soirée dansante (du dernier jour en plus 😞 n’ont pas eu lieu). Les jeux cafés du midi, non plus, pas une seule fois … alors que nous étions sur la terrasse tous les jours à 14h. La seule prestation (en plus du Karaoké) qui a eu lieu, c’est le serveur du restaurant qui a assuré un mini concert pour notre plus grand plaisir (bravo à lui).
Même si les gens ne semblent pas trop emballés, c’est le rôle de l’animateur d’insister, et d’aller « chercher » les gens.
3) De plus, nous avons trouvé surprenant que les cadenas vendus sur place 6euro (pour les casiers à ski) s’ouvrent avec la même clé pour tous. Il faudrait voir pour acheter une autre gamme de cadenas car ce n’est pas normal de pouvoir ouvrir le casier du voisin.
Sinon, tout le reste a été impeccable, l’accueil, le personnel du bar, du restaurant, la nourriture (raclette et fondue au top), le club enfant (bravo Ancelin et Sandrine), la station, le beau temps.

Super sympa, pratique, grande chambre, club enfant au top. Dommage que le tunnel ne remonte pas du front de neige jusqu’au VTF

Je ne vois pas comment on peut faire mieux au niveau rapport qualité / prix ; j’ajoute que le staff est accueillant et souriant Bravo et merci Si on « doit » améliorer quelque chose alors peut être : la literie le nettoyage des vitres des chambres le mobilier des chambres à renouveler l’isolation des portes donnant sur l’extérieur dans la salle de restaurant et peut être la qualité du pain
