In the valley of Munster, at an altitude of 700m and 4km from Soultzeren, the holiday village is situated on the road leading to the Schlucht Pass and is close to different ski resorts of the Vosges where you can ski downhill or on the level: the Tanet, the Schnepfenried, the Bresse Hohneck, the White Lake, the Trois Fours...
Not far away is the capital of cheese: don't forget the Munster or the local wines for the after-ski party!

Disabled parking difficult to access in the winter.
Pool:
There is an adapted swimming pool but help is needed to use the equipment to get into the water.

Beaucoup de marche des chambres à la structure principale, pour une personne à mobilité réduite. Parking sommaire, inadapté, sol terre et caillouteux. Les chambres très propre,problème de chauffage . Côté restaurant la jeune femme seule à servir plus de 60 personnes félicitations à elle.Bonne cuisine. Vérifiez que l ascenseur fonctionne ! Pas de tv et internet dans les chambres un choix du village. VTF ça fait plus de 20 ans que j y vais, d avoir des tv dans les chambres n interagit pas sur les animations, Contrairement à ce qui a été dit.

très satisfait du séjour , accueil , disponibilité , restauration et hébergement , programme des sorties avec animateur ( merci KEVIN ainsi que PATRICE le guide ) et animations sur place .

Bel endroit avec de nombreuses lacunes, réunion d'accueil inaudible pot d'accueil self service, ascenseur en panne (cette semaine de nombreuses personnes se déplacent avec une cane), espace forme inexistant ( l'agrée est HS depuis de nombreuses années), jacuzzi en panne, hammam HS depuis 2 ans, canon et jet d'eau/cascade HS depuis un an, bain massant HS, loquet de la 1ère cabine cassé depuis un an. Amélioration dans la qualité ses repas. personnel de salle parfait Maéva et Saïd sont très professionnels et efficaces. Chambre confortable bien entretenus. Directeur pratiquement inexistant. Il manque un esprit d'équipe dans le personnel.
La défaillance des équipements de la piscine ne réduit pas le prix du séjour.

Accueil correct malgré l'absence du Directeur tout au long du séjour ( aperçu 2 fois au service restauration et au bar ) sans jamais avoir dialoguer avec nous et tout juste bonjour, au revoir. Concernant la propreté des locaux ces derniers étaient sales au niveau des carrelages, moisissures sur les murs et les voilages et le ménage sous les lits n'est jamais fait. Par contre nous remercions Maeva et Said pour leur gentillesse et leur efficacité lors des services de restauration ainsi que Kevin pour la qualité de ses animations.

juste une remarque à propos de la piscine :
Il serait souhaitable que tous les utilisateurs, y compris les enfants, portent un bonnet de bain.
Du point de vue hygiène, ce serait plus agréable . !
