On the Bordeaux ring road, follow «Mérignac» then exit n°8, direction «Lacanau» then Carcans direction «Maubuisson». At the exit of Maubuisson, at the big roundabout, turn right towards “Bombannes” and then 2nd street left.  

 

By train  

Bordeaux TGV station St Jean then shuttle (55 km) or bus line 710, stop "Les Bruyères".  Village about 300m walk.

 

By plane  

Mérignac airport (40 km).

Open from Sunday to Friday from 8am to 2pm and 5pm to 8pm and on Saturday from 8am to 8pm (10pm during school holidays). Shop with regional products, postcards and loan of board games, kettle, toaster and hairdryer

Le personnel au top, souriant, efficace et disponible malgré notre grand groupe qui se déplaçait en quasi troupeau ayant les mêmes horaires La nourriture était très bonne et en quantité plus que suffisante. Les logements étaient propres, les matelas confortables. Les 4 étoiles au lieu de 5, c'est juste parce que les sanitaires (douche et toilette combinés) sont un peu étroits. Le nombre de prises était limité, pas possible de brancher le frigo et de charger le téléphone et l'ordinateur.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille, je venais pour la 2eme fois au VTF les bruyères. Nous avons appréciés l'implantation des logements dans la nature avec les chemins de randonnées et piste cyclable qui partent directement du Village. Les logements sont spacieux et propres. Les repas sont correctes et bon. La piscine est très froid mais nous n'y avons été que 2 fois car nous avons préférez profiter du lac et de l'Océan. Nous reviendrons volontiers.
